James Popsys – Experimental Collection

Formerly known as the JP Master Collection, these are the presets I turn when I fancy trying a different look to my daily collection. If you’re wanting to create a look similar to mine in your images, the daily collection might be a better fit, but if you’re wanting to experiment with different looks I’d highly recommend this collection.

A word on presets if you’ve not bought any before: A lot of people think they’re a magic wand that make photos look great. They’re not. They’re clothes for photos* and sometimes they fit, are the right colour and suit you, other times they make you look ridiculous.

This pack contains 15. To get the most out of them, use them on RAW files (for jpegs you’ll need to take the sharpness way down) and more often than not you’ll need to tweak the exposure slider at the least to make them look good.
